Nido

NIDO, which in Castilian means “nest”, is a documentary film portraying a choreographic macro performance by Sharon Fridman (winner of a MAX award) that took place on the island of Terschelling (Netherlands) in May 2016. For 11 days, 5500 people inhabited the hostile landscapes of the island.

NIDO brings together both the actual participants and the audience attending the event.

They are invited to explore the mysteries of birth and nature –to be in contact with the natural world with no restrictions as a means to find themselves and their true place in it. A parade of bodies and voices dancing together among the wind, the light at dawn, the sun…

NIDO, es una película documental que muestra la macro performa del galardonado (Premio MAX 2015) coreógrafo Israelí Sharon Fridman que tuvo lugar en la isla de Terschelling (Holanda) en mayo de 2016, en los que durante 11 días, 5500 personas Habitaron los inóspitos paisajes de la isla.

NIDO reúne tanto a los participantes reales como al público asistente al evento.
